Four Bayswater Stories

These four linked stories trace two families, joined by marriage, from the early 1980s to the present, although the sequence jumps around. The first story, Time At Last, set in the 1980s, introduces the main characters. The second, In Its Season, jumps to the near-present. It also provides a coda of sorts for the family treated at greater length in the Télos Trilogy. The third, It’s What We Do, is set in the 2000s and early 2010s. The fourth, Aux Barricades, Then, is set in the early 1990s. Bayswater refers to the West London neighborhood in which one of the characters has a house.
